Hub Hobby ships all in stock items within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Products that are backordered or preordered may be subject to additional delays. If you have any questions about shipping times or delays, please email:


Return/Exchange Policy

Receipt/Order Number required for return.  No returns after 30 DAYS.

All return claims for credit must have original sales receipt.

Merchandise credit will be issued for any items returned via gift receipt. No exceptions.

Returned merchandise for credit must be in new condition with ALL packaging materials.

Check all merchandise carefully and report missing parts BEFORE starting assembly, once started all claims are through manufacturer; we will not accept a return.

We do not have an in-store 30 day warranty.  It is an adjustment period for the return or exchange of new items.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for like merchandise only.

No credit will be given on merchandise that has been damaged, abused or partially/improperly assembled by the customer.

Gift cards are of no cash value and will be exchanged for merchandise only.

No returns on used or consignment items.  These items sold “as is” with no warranty offered or implied by Hub Hobby Center.

No returns or exchanges on “Closeout”, “Clearance”, or “Discontinued” items.  These items will be marked as such.

Flying aircraft, R/C or otherwise, cannot be returned if used or crashed. Please evaluate skill level before purchase.

No returns on Magazines, Worn Books, Fuel, Used R/C Electronics/Engines/Parts (if it’s been out of the package, mounted, bags opened, IT’S USED), Opened Software (please check specs before breaking any seals).

Warranty Information

Once an item purchased at this store has been started, assembled, or broken by purchaser, Hub Hobby Center will not warranty the item, all warranty claims are between the manufacturer and purchaser.  We will try to help the customer in any way possible in achieving the fastest service from the manufacturer. Engine problems will be addressed on a first come first serve basis, so some patience will be necessary on the purchasers end.  We will try to get it to work for you if we can, if not we will consult with the manufacturer and try to get the fastest service possible; which will be at least 4-6 weeks.

We will refund your money as long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original packing slip. For returns without the original packing slip, we will issue an electronic Gift Certificate.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

Send Your Return/Exchange to our warehouse

  1. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
  2. Mail the package to:  Hub Hobby Center, 6410 Penn Avenue South, Richfield, MN 55423
  3. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS. 
  4. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
  5. We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
  6. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If you don't have your original packing slip, please include a slip of paper with your name, phone number, order number, and the reason for your return/exchange.


Note: Unless the return/exchange is due to an error or defective, we can't refund shipping charges.
