The HGUC 1/144 RX-78GP02A Gundam GP02A (Type-MLRS) is a specialized variant of the powerful Gundam GP02A Physalis featured in Mobile Suit Gundam: Bonds of the Battlefield and based on the Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 design. This High Grade Universal Century kit equips the massive prototype mobile suit with a backpack-mounted Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), giving the already imposing GP02A an even heavier assault-focused appearance.

The kit includes transformable weapon configurations that allow builders to display the suit with either its MLRS equipment or its signature beam bazooka setup. Opening missile pod hatches, the large shield, and the GP02A's bulky proportions create a commanding display piece, while the distinctive loadout makes it a standout addition for Universal Century collectors and fans of heavily armed mobile suits.
